Akkineni Naga Chaitanya seems to be game for more pathbreaking films and this is evident if we look at his upcoming projects. Currently busy with a rural drama titled Thandel, which explores the struggles and hard-fought journey in a fisherman’s life, Chaitanya has green-lit another interesting script for his next film.
Tentatively called NC24( Naga Chaitanya’s 24th film), the untitled project will have talented director Karthik Varma Dandu at the helm. He previously delivered a smash hit with Virupaksha, a mystical thriller with Sai Durgha Tej. A joint production of BVSN Prasad and Sukumar Writings, NC24 will be made on a huge budget and grand canvas involving star-studded cast and renowned technicians.
On the eve of Naga Chaitanya’s birthday today, the makers unveiled the concept poster and it instantly piques the curiosity due to its intriguing set-up and captivating design. The poster has a mysterious eye with Naga Chaitanya standing on a rock inside a large cave with a gorge allowing sun rays to fall into it. The stunning poster raises the eyebrows and grabs the attention.
NC24 will be a blend of mystical elements and mythological story set in a eerie backdrop of a rural ambience. Naga Chaitanya will appear in a stunning avatar with a phenomenal transformation. The screenplay will be gripping and keeps the moviegoers glued to the seats. It will be a visual extravaganza with top notch technical values.
The core team which worked on Virupaksha will be retained for NC24. Kantara fame Anjaneesh Loknath will compose the soundtrack and Meenakshi Chaudhary is likely to pair opposite Naga Chaitanya in this film.
The regular shooting will commence once Chaitu wraps up Thandel.
