Kalyan Supports Naidu’s Future Leadership

Expressing concern that the coalition government inherited a series of robberies and anarchy from the previous YCP regime, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan described CM Chandrababu Naidu as a capable leader who is leading the state on the path of development from such disastrous circumstances.

Speaking in the debate held in the Legislative Assembly on the progress of the coalition government in 150 days, he expressed confidence that the state will soon become a trillion-dollar economy under Chandrababu’s capable leadership. Pawan criticized Jagan for putting pictures on the passbooks and property documents of pattadars in the previous government.

He said that naming the mid-day meal scheme for students after Dokka Seethamma is commendable. He warned that strict action was also taken regarding obscene posts on social media. He commented that in the previous government, YSRCP workers also posted obscene posts on women in rural areas.

Pawan thanked the CM and the Home Minister for issuing a strong warning to the goons who claim to be social media activists. Pawan Kalyan said that all the ministers will work to fulfill the CM’s aspirations on sand, belt shops and other issues.

Pawan Kalyan commented that access to safe drinking water is the fundamental right of the people. Answering questions asked by the members on the Jaljeevan Mission, he revealed that action will be taken to provide safe drinking water across the state within the specified time.

He said that the previous government did not even change the filter beds for the supply of safe drinking water. He said that the Jaljeevan Mission being implemented by the Center will be expanded in the state. He suggested that the officials should take action to strictly implement the Jaljeevan Mission scheme.

Pawan Kalyan said that people in Uddanam, Prakasam district and upper NTR district areas are suffering from kidney diseases due to drinking contaminated water. He said that the state should be at the forefront in utilizing the Jaljeevan Mission scheme. As the Centre has extended the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme till 2027, he said there is a need to utilize it effectively within the deadline.
