Chandrababu says AP Targets At 15 percent Growth Rate

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that the government plans will be implemented with a target of 15 percent growth rate in the coming days and results will be achieved. He said that wealth creation will be possible by creating opportunities, and the wealth generated through this can be distributed to the poor and the living standards of the people can be increased.

The CM expressed confidence that a growth rate of 15 percent will be achieved today, recalling that a growth rate of 13.5 percent was achieved during the previous Telugu Desam government. He said that the government will implement suitable plans and policies for this.

The first meeting of the Task Force Committee formed with industrialists on Swarnandhra Pradesh Vision 2047 was held at the Secretariat under the chairmanship of  Chandrababu Naidu and discussed various issues. CM Chandrababu is the Chairman of the Task Force Committee and Tata Sons Chairman Chandrasekaran is the Co-Chairman.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister shared his ideas and experiences on the best policies. “Now technology is more advanced. We should take advantage of this. If we provide opportunities to the youth, irrefutable results will come,” he said.

“AP has natural resources, human resources, infrastructure, highways, airports. We want to be a platform for new innovations and new ideas. We talked about ease of doing business then…now we are talking about speed of doing business,” the CM explained. Stating that we worked with the goal of having an IT employee from every household then, today we are working with the goal of having an industrialist from every family.

The CM said that the land, water and human resources required for investments are available in the state, and in addition to these, the best policies have also been announced. He said that through these, we are working with the goal of achieving the best results in the industrial sector.

Tata Sons Executive Chairman Chandrasekaran, CII Director General Chandrajit Banerjee, GMR Group Chairman G.M. Rao, L&T Chairman S.N. Subramanian, TVS Company Chairman Venu Srinivasan, Apollo Representative Preetha Reddy, Piramal Group Chairman Ajay Piramal, Reddy Laboratories Chairman Satish Reddy, and representatives of several renowned companies participated.
