BR Naidu Took oath As Chairman of TTD

Bollineni Rajagopal Naidu took oath as the chairman of the new governing body of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams on Wednesday morning. 17 members also took oath. EO Shyamala Rao was administered the oath by BR Naidu at the Bangaru Vakkili of the Srivari Temple.

Several members took oath as members of the TTD governing body. Meanwhile, the new president of the TTD governing body, BR Naidu, and 17 members took charge at the Ranganayakula Mandapam of the Srivari Temple. Endowment Commissioner Satyanarayana also took charge as an ex-officio member.

First, the chairman and then the members signed the oath-taking documents. Later, they had darshan of Srivari. Later, they were covered with the Vedic robes at the Ranganayakula Mandapam and were blessed. Meanwhile, the new governing body will participate in a media conference at the Annamayya Bhavan on Wednesday evening.

Three MLAs from TDP have been appointed as members of the new board. Jyothula Nehru (Jaggampeta), Vemireddy Prashanthi Reddy (Kovur) and MS Raju (Madakasira) have secured their seats. Former Union Minister Panabaka Lakshmi and Bharat Biotech International MD Suchitra Ella are also in the new governing body.

Akkina Munikoteswara Rao from Raghudevpuram near Rajamahendravaram, Nandyal district TDP president Mallela Rajasekhar Goud, Janga Krishnamurthy from Palnadu district, Kuppam cluster in-charge Vikas Shantaram, TDP state spokesperson Tammisetti Janakidevi from Mangalagiri, and TDP national spokesperson Nannuri Narsi Reddy have also been appointed as members.

From Jana Sena, Pawan Kalyan’s close aide and Telangana Jana Sena vice president Bongunuri Mahender Reddy, film art director and Pawan Kalyan’s friend Buragapu Anandsai, and Jana Sena party founder member Anugolu Rangasri have been appointed to the new board.

Also, Natco Group Vice Chairman Sannapaneni Sadashiv Rao, who is in the pharma sector, NRI Jasti Poornasambasiva Rao, Karnataka industrialist Naresh Kumar, coffee industry luminary RN Darshan, and former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court HL Dutt have been appointed as members.

 Ramamurthy from Tamil Nadu, Adit Desai, son of Ketan Desai from Gujarat who served as the chairman of MCI, Saurabh Bora, an economist from Maharashtra, and Krishnamurthy Vaidyanathan, a close aide of Union Minister Amit Shah, have also been appointed as members.

BJP spokesperson Bhanu Prakash Reddy, who lives locally and constantly responds to the problems of Srivari devotees, is also on the new board. Krishnamurthy Vaidyanathan, Vemireddy Prasanthi Reddy, Janga Krishnamurthy, Saurabh Bora, and Suchitra Ella, who were sworn in as members once again in the latest board. Vemireddy Prasanthi Reddy and Janga Krishnamurthy were also members in the previous YSRCP government. Saurabh Bora from Maharashtra continued as a member in the last two boards. Similarly, Bharat Biotech International MD Suchitra Ella was a member of the board formed in the previous TDP government.

Meanwhile, Chennai-based Krishnamurthy Vaidyanathan, who is known to be close to the Union Home Minister, has been on the TTD board for five consecutive terms since 2015. Balasubramanian Palaniswami, also known as Tiruppur Balu, was a member of the previous government.

 However, this time his brother Ramamurthy has got a chance on the board. Similarly, Adit Desai, son of Ketin Desai, who was a member of the previous board, and MD of Kusum Dhirajlal Hospital, has got a chance this time.
