The AP Mega DSC 2024 notification, which is expected to be announced in the first week of November, is likely to be delayed slightly due to foreign tour of education minister Nara Lokesh, said sources.
As the TET exams have already been completed, the results of TET 2024 will be announced on November 2. Education department sources first announced that the DSC notification will come soon after the TET results are out and making arrangements to issue on November 3rd.
However, sources in the education department say that the notification will be issued on another date as it is doubtful whether important leaders will be available as that day is Sunday. Mega DSC notification will be issued with 16,347 posts. On the other hand, the government has cautioned the education department to take precautions so as to avoid legal complications after the notification.
As soon as the government came to power, it was announced that the appointments would be filled by December, but the examinations and notification were delayed due to the administration of TET. Minister Nara Lokesh has already directed the officials to take up the Mega DSP which is being run by the state government ambitiously without giving scope to any legal disputes.
In view of the appeals from the candidates to have more time between TET and Mega DSC, opinions were collected from the candidates, students and youth associations. Already aspirants are preparing for the exams by giving up their jobs since the formation of the new government.
It is thought that if the delay is beyond the six months that have advertised the job, it will be a burden on the candidate. With this, I decided to issue the notification of DSC exams in November itself. The government has already rejected the social media campaign regarding the DSC 2024 syllabus.
It has been clarified that the syllabus details have been made available at https://aptet.apcfss.in. According to the latest notification, a total of 16,347 posts will be filled. This includes Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT) 6,371, School Assistants (SA)- 7,725, Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs)-1,781, Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs)-286, Principals 52, Physical Education Teachers (PETs)-132.
