Lokesh reiterated the government’s commitment to making services easily accessible, just a click away for all citizens.
Students and job seekers have often struggled with the need to visit government offices repeatedly to acquire important certificates. Nara Lokesh received many complaints about this issue during the Yuvagalam Padayatra. In response, he promised to make these certificates available through WhatsApp. To deliver on this promise, the Andhra Pradesh government signed an agreement with Meta at an event in Delhi today. Soon, students will be able to obtain their certificates via WhatsApp, utilizing Artificial Intelligence and the WhatsApp Application Programming Interface (API).
