Mumbai Actress Jethwani Told The Court conspiracy Against Her planted In The CM Jagan’s office

Mumbai actress Kadambari Jethwani testified before the judge that she was intimidated by filing a false case against her during the previous regime. In the statement, she mentioned the names of the police officers who registered a false case against her. Moreover, she alleged that the seed of this conspiracy was planted in the then Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s office.

She revealed that the then Intelligence Chief PSR Anjaneyulu had summoned the then Vijayawada Police Commissioner Kanti Rana Tata and DCP Vishal Gunni on January 31. It was YCP leader Kukkala Vidyasagar, who registered a false case against her at the Ibrahimpatnam police station, after colluding with those three police officers, she added.

The actress further testified in the court that Vishal Gunni’s team had booked flight tickets to Mumbai even before registering the FIR. The Magistrate recorded her statement in Vijayawada Principal Junior Civil Juddi Court. Along with her, another witness, Goriparthi Srinivasa Rao statement was also recorded.

Jethwani claimed that the case was registered at the Ibrahimpatnam police station as part of a move to force her for withdraw the rape case she filed against an industrialist in Mumbai. She said it was part of the conspiracy to come to Mumbai and arrest her and her parents immediately after registering the FIR.

She said that male police officers interrogated her for a long time from 8 am to 12 midnight in police custody. ACP Hanumantha Rao and Inspector Kashi Vishwanath were interrogated. Jethwani revealed that they threatened her to withdraw the Mumbai case.

Jethwani also revealed that YCP leader Vidyasagar created a fake agreement document and spun a story. She said that he had developed a grudge against her as she rejected his marriage proposal way back in 2015.

During the arrest of her parents in Mumbai, she alleged that the then investigating officer Satyanarayana, Inspectors Sridhar, Srinu, Additional DCP Ramanamurthy, SI Sharif, Durga etc. have misbehaved with her.

Jethwani said that since January 31, the movements of her phone have been tracked. She also stated that the police showed her temporary driver as a relative and as if they informed him (relative) about her arrest.  

In her statement to the Magistrate, she stated that the false case registered by the police on the basis of bogus documents and false witnesses has damaged her honor and reputation.
