The most anticipated trailer of Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming action drama ‘Vettaiyan The Hunter’ has been unveiled today with great anticipation, thanks to its star-studded cast. Directed by TJ Gnanavel, the film is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on October 10, 2024.
With just days away for its grand release, the filmmakers unveiled the trailer. The trailer begins with people protesting against a brutal murderer who violently assaulted a young woman and is on the loose. Superstar Rajinikanth steps in stylishly as an encounter specialist who fights for justice and is determined to encounter the criminal within three days. As the plot unfolds, he discovers that a powerful figure is orchestrating the crime.
The legendary Amitabh Bachchan appears as a senior high court judge, while Rana Daggubati plays a businessman who instigates various crimes. Fahadh Faasil takes on an unpredictable role, with Dushara Vijayan as his love interest. Ritika Singh also plays a cop role, while Manju Warrier and Abhirami characters are not yet known but are portrayed in significant roles.
Produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under the esteemed banner of Lyca Productions, the film’s technical crew includes SR Kathir as the cinematographer and Philoman Raja as the editor. Musical sensation Anirudh Ravichander delivers the musical tunes for this flick.
Recently, the film cleared censor formalities and was certified with an ‘U/A’ rating. Slated for a pan-Indian release, it will arrive in theaters in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada.
