Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu warned that wrongdoers in the previous government cannot escape under any circumstances. Speaking at the NDA Legislative Party meeting on the completion of 100 days of his government, he lamented that former chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy had done an evil act by canceling the Anna canteens.
Chandrababu made it clear that those who have made mistakes during the YCP regime will not be left behind and investigations are going on. At the same time, he cautioned NDA MLAs and other leaders that we should be careful not to make mistakes. He advised them to behave so that people should appreciate us.
Hailing Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan as a real fighter, Chandrababu recalled that he started from Hyderabad to see him in jail, Jagan had cancelled the flight and when he started by road the road was blocked. But with determination he sat on the road and finally reached Rajamahendravaram. He appreciated that Pawan Kalyan came to politics for a noble purpose.
He reminded that Pawan Kalyan wanted the people to win and the state should be restructured. He said that the three parties (TDP, Jana Sena and BJP) worked without any gap during the elections. Moreover, he also appreciated state BJP chief D Purandeswari who worked in many ways for the alliance.
CM Chandrababu said that it would have been difficult to save Andhra, which is on ventilator, if there is no support from the government at the centre. He said that even union ministers were also surprised to see the YCP’s large-scale irregularities and realized how the money given by the center was misused.
Chandrababu made it clear that we have won this much because we have worked without making any mistakes. He advised that what the government has done to the state to solve public problems from time to time should be brought to the people from time to time.
He said that within 100 days, the people are seeing a clear change in the government and employees are getting salaries on the first day. Stating that the new liquor policy will come in the first week of October, he said that they are going to make quality liquor available to the poor at just Rs 99.
Chandrababu also assured that the Phase one of Polavaram will be completed in the next two years. After completing Polavaram, it will be given to the farmers. He is also confident that there will be no shortage of funds for Amaravati and it will be taken forward.
Chief Minister Chandrababu said that the Union Minister has promised to lay the foundation stone of the Visakha Railway Zone soon. He asked MLAs to prepare vision documents so that poverty should not exist by 2047.
He said that the NDA government will go ahead to provide 20 lakh jobs to the youth. He reminded that 100 percent pensions are being distributed on the same day with the government machinery without using volunteers.
