YSRCP President Jagan recently criticized CM Chandrababu Naidu and Education Minister Nara Lokesh for allegedly pushing the state’s education system backward. In response, Nara Lokesh sharply countered these remarks. He tweeted, “I don’t know what you studied or where you studied, but it’s strange for someone like you to lecture about the education department, Fake Jagan.”
Lokesh further stated, “Without proper understanding, you make decisions at night after talking to ghosts, and by morning, those decisions have turned into a curse for the 1,000 students studying in government schools. Changing the exam system to the CBSE model without providing necessary teacher training has jeopardized the future of 75,000 tenth-grade students. Instead of consulting ghosts, discuss with experts, and we will gradually introduce changes to the exam system from the sixth grade next academic year to prepare students for CBSE exams.”
Lokesh added, “It’s ironic for someone like you, who hasn’t even paid salaries to midwives, or for school eggs and chickpea meals, to claim that you’ve transformed government schools. If you’ve truly uplifted the system, then explain why the number of students in government schools has decreased,” concluding his statement.
