Even after obtaining engineering and degree degrees they are remaining unemployed as no one offers them jobs. After the coalition government came to power, again the culture of campus placements are taking momentum. Several companies are coming forward to recruit youth in colleges itself, even before completion of their degrees.
Hundreds of students attended the campus recruitment organized at Vijayawada PB Siddhartha College. PB Siddhartha College, Vijayawada has received a great response to the campus placement conducted by the MNC organization Genfact. Hundreds of students participated in this program.
Online tests and written tests conducted for non-IT posts have seen a good response. This recruitment process conducted under the auspices of NRT Department and State Skill Development Organization has raised new hopes among the candidates. More than 350 students have registered and all of them have been evaluated through online interviews and written tests.
