Rebel star Prabhas is currently basking in the phenomenal success of the blockbuster film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. Prabhas, renowned for his philanthropic endeavors and helping hand in serious crises, is making headlines for his act of generosity in the recent Wayanad landslides.
Recently, Wayanad district in Kerala witnessed heavy rains and landslides on July 30, which resulted in the loss of numerous lives. In response to that, Bahubali actor Prabhas expressed his condolences and solidarity and extended his support to the Kerala relief fund.
Prabhas donated Rs. 2 crore in financial aid to the Kerala Government Disaster Relief Fund. Besides Prabhas, many renowned celebrities from the film industry extended their support. Icon star Allu Arjun donated 50 lakhs for the relief fund, while Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan jointly donated 1 crore.
Speaking about Prabhas’ professional commitments, Prabhas has dived into his next project, ‘Salaar Part 2: Shouryaanga Parvam’ directed by Prashanth Neel. Additionally, Prabhas will feature in Maruthi’s romantic horror comedy film ‘The Raja Saab’ and will take on a role in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s next ‘Spirit’. Furthermore, Prabhas will appear in Manchu Vishnu’s magnum opus ‘Kannappa’ in a special cameo appearance.
