Hyderabad: AIMIM legislature party leader Akbaruddin Owaisi responded to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s statement about making him the deputy chief minister, firmly rejecting the offer. “I will remain with the Majlis party and am happy in the party. There is no question of me switching parties,” Owaisi stated, emphasizing his loyalty to the Majlis until his last breath.
Owaisi also addressed other issues, praising the Congress’ promise of free RTC travel but urging them to fulfill their promises to auto workers. He highlighted his efforts to bring the Metro to Hyderabad, crediting YS Rajasekhar Reddy for the project. He pointed out, however, that the Metro has not yet reached the old city.
