BRS MLA and former minister Harish Rao confirmed that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) will attend the upcoming budget session. Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Harish Rao stated, “We will implement a special strategy in the House regarding defections. We demand that MLAs who have switched sides resign from their posts.”
Harish Rao also called on eight Congress MPs from Telangana to protest at the Prime Minister’s office, accusing the central government of being unyielding towards Telangana in the budget.
He criticized the Congress for failing to deliver on its promise of providing lakhs of jobs to the unemployed after coming to power, alleging that the party has betrayed the unemployed. Additionally, Harish Rao accused the Congress of corruption involving hundreds of crores in rice tenders and questioned why these tenders have not been canceled.
