Kamal Haasan is currently enjoying the success of his two recently released blockbuster films, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ and ‘Indian 2’. Kalki 2898 AD, helmed by Nag Ashwin, has been shattering all the records, surpassed 1000 crore worldwide, and is still running successfully at the box office.
Celebrating the phenomenal success of the magnum opus ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, Kamal Haasan expressed his joy over the film’s success, calling it a moment worth celebrating.
The makers of Kalki shared a special video of Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan celebrating the success of the film. He said, “I have acted in over 250 films, but not many films achieve this milestone. “We should celebrate this moment.”
Speaking about his character, he added, “We went to L.A. to design just one character, Supreme Yaskin, while the film has ten such characters with the big stars of Indian cinema. I have only appeared for a few minutes, but you will see more of me in the second part.”
Written and directed by Nag Ashwin, the film features a stellar star-studded cast of Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachachn, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani, Shobana, Rajendra Prasad, Brahmanandam, Anna Ben, and Pasupathy, with special cameo appearances by Dulquer Salmaan, Vijay Deverakonda, Mrunal Thakur, SS Rajamouli, RGV, Malvika Nair, and others in pivotal roles.
Backed by C. Aswini Dutt under the prestigious banner of Vyjayanthi Movies, the second part of Kalki is currently in production.
