Slap On YCP MLA Pinnelli, SC Ordered Not To Enter Into Polling Center

In a big slap on Macherla YCP MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy, who is now out with AP High Court’s interim bail, the Supreme Court imposed restrictions on him ordering not to enter to the Counting Center of the election to be held Tuesday.

Namburi Seshagiri Rao, who tried to stop the EVM vandalism incident in Macherla but was attacked by Pinnelli, approached the APex Court expressing fear for his life as the AP High Court allowed him to move out.  He also sought orders for immediate arrest of Pinnelli in an attempted murder case.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court also refused to give relief to Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy on his petition seeking relaxation in the interim bail order seeking permission to go to Macherla on the polling day to supervise his counting agents.  He urged the Supreme Court to allow him to Macherla constituency on Tuesday during counting.

The High Court ordered not to leave Narasaraopet till June 6. But the Apex Court refused to allow him to go to Macherla. It made it clear that Pinnelli should not go to the surrounding areas where the counting will take place.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court found fault with the AP High COurt order against the arrest of Pinnelli till  6th of this month. The Supreme Court Bench opined that the High Court erred in impeaching Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy.

Pinnelli brothers attacked Telugu Desam Party agent Seshagiri Rao in Palwai Gate village polling booth, when the latter tried to obstruct Pinnelli brothers from breaking EVM. Police have registered a case of attempted to murder in that incident.

Another case of attempted murder has been filed against Pinnelli brothers for assaulting a police officer. It is known that Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy destroyed the EVM in Palwai Gate village.
