Speaking more about ‘Thandel’, the film is a rustic love drama set against the backdrop of a seashore village where a fisherman is trapped by Pakistani forces in international waters. Expected to be based on true events, the film is backed by Bunny Vasu under the renowned banner of Geetha Arts. Musical sensation Devi Sri Prasad is at the helm of music direction for this romantic action drama.
On Sai Pallavi’s future endeavors, apart from Thandel, the actress is currently working on her next ‘Amaran’ paired opposite Siva Karthikeyan, helmed by Rajkumar Periasamy and set to release in September this year. The actress will also appear in Hindi ‘Ramayan’ alongside Ranbir Kapoor, helmed by Nitesh Tiwari, and will also be seen in Amir Khan’s son Junaid Khan’s debut Hindi film.
