Ever since the announcement was made about Manchu Vishnu’s magnum opus ‘Kannappa’, excitement has been built around this highly anticipated mythological film. Helmed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, the film is steered by Manchu Vishnu as the main lead, portraying the film’s titular role, who is a great devotee of Lord Ram.
The film stars a star-studded cast, including all the big names in the Indian film industry, such as Prabhas, Akshay Kumar, Nayanthara, Kajal Aggarwal, Mohan Lal, Shiva Rajkumar, Tamannaah Bhatia, Madhubala, Sarath Kumar, Brahmanandam, and many others in pivotal roles. Earlier, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar wrapped up his shooting for this epic film, ‘Kannappa’. Manchu Vishnu shared a picture and conveyed it via his Instagram.
Adding to the anticipation, Rebel star Prabhas has now joined the sets of ‘Kannappa’, which sparks a flurry of interest and widespread excitement among fans. The makers announced the update and shared a poster showcasing Prabhas’ feet.
Revealing the same, the makers updated the announcement on their social media handles and wrote, “Get ready for a cinematic explosion! We’re ecstatic to reveal that our beloved darling, @actorprabhas, has joined the sets of #Kannappa! Please stay tuned for more exciting updates.”
The epic grandeur tale is backed by actor-producer Mohan Babu under 24 Frames Factory and Ava Entertainments. Elevating the cinematic experience with the musical compositions of Mani Sharma and Stephen Devassy and the stunning visuals of Sheldon Chau, while Anthony Gonsalves is handling the film’s editing.
