Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, who suspended his poll campaign three days ago due to severe fever, is said to have recovered and returned to normalcy. Jana Sena announced that he will resume his poll campaign from April 7th, from Anakapalli.
In a tweet in X, the Janasena said that Pawan Kalyan’s health condition has improved now and he will participate in the meeting to be held in Anakapalli on the 7th of this month. Pawan Varahi’s Vijayabheri Yatra will continue on April 8 in Yalamanchili.
Pawan Kalyan will participate in the Ugadi celebrations in Pithapuram, the constituency from where he is contesting, on this 9th. Later, Janasena said that Pawan will visit Nellimarla, Visakhapatnam and Pendurthi constituencies. The party said that the schedule for this will be announced soon.
Pawan Kalyan started election campaign from Pithapuram of Kakinada district on 30th March. He has extensively toured in his constituency for four days. However, on 2nd after campaigning in neary 10 villages walking about 20 kms of distance, he became sick.
Due to high fever, he cancelled his proposed campaign in Tenali and subsequent tour schedule in the North Andhra constituencies. Meanwhile, Jana Sena is the only party in Andhra Pradesh that did not announce all the candidates contesting from the party.
Already, YCP, TDP and BJP announced their candidates. However, Pawan Kalyan too announced candidates for 20 assembly seats and two Lok Sabha seats. The only candidate to be announced is Palakonda Assembly segment. Here, TDP leader Nimmaka Jayakrishna, who has already joined the Jana Sena is expected to be Jana Sena candidate.
