Rocking Star Yash, who got global recognition for his film franchise ‘KGF’, is currently working on his next ‘Toxic’. The film has been in the headlines for quite some time regarding the film’s casting. The latest buzz is that Toxic has three female leads in the film. Recently, it was reported that the film featuring Kiara Advani and Kareena Kapoor Khan has already been confirmed. Reports suggest that Shruti Hassan or Sai Pallavi were in talks as the third actress to pair alongside Yash.
According to Pinkvilla sources, it is stated that “Kareena Kapoor will be playing Yash’s sister in this film, Toxic.” If this happens, it will be the first collaboration between Yash and Kareena Kapoor and Yash and Kiara Advani. If confirmed, Toxic will be the debut of Kareen Kapoor in the South Indian film. However, the filmmakers have not confirmed yet. The film will also be Kiara Advani’s debut in the Kannada film industry.
About Toxic is helmed by Malayalam filmmaker Geetu Mohandas and produced by KVN Productions and Yash’s banner, Monster Mind Creations. The film team has already shared a teaser video, sharing a glimpse of his character. Shruthi Hassan sang the film’s theme song. The film’s tagline, ‘A fairytale for grown-ups’ was unveiled along with the title. The film ‘Toxic’ marks Yash’s 19th film. More details about the film’s cast and crew are yet to be revealed.
