Ex CBI Chief Comments Exposes Cracks In TDP- BJP Alliance

Two days after Narsapur MP Raghuram Krishnam Raju alleged that on the direction of the chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy, a prominent AP BJP leader engineered coup denying him Narsapur seat in seat sharing exercise between TDP and BJP, former CBI chief N Nageswara Rao’s comment exposes cracks in TDP- BJP alliance.

In a sensational tweet on X. Rao recalled that before formalisation of alliance, some leaders in BJP keep criticizing TDP and the top leaders of that party, and it is well known that there are many YS Jagan’s coverts in BJP. All of them are targeting and criticizing Chandrababu Naidu, more than the ruling party.

It may be recalled that none of AP BJP leaders till now reacted on Raghuram Krishnam Raju’s allegations against some BJP leaders, colluding with YS Jagan, in denying seat for him. Now, the former CBI Director’s tweet on the same lines exposes critical issues in the TDP- BJP alliance.

In his post, Nageswar Rao said: “Till the other day the BJP leaders/cadre in AP have been very critical of TDP and its top leadership. It is also not a secret that many leaders of Andhra BJP have been coverts of Y S Jagan and they worked) against

Chandrababu Naidu and TDP, sometimes even going to the extent of using expletives”.

He further asked that “Now that the BJP has entered into electoral alliance, how the AP BJP leaders/cadre will overcome their deep rooted animosity against TDP and snap their connection with Y S Jagan to work unitedly with the leaders/cadre of TDP and Jana Sena for the success of all candidates of 3 parties is a formidable challenge”.

If NDA has to succeed in AP by getting majority Assembly and Lok Sabha seats, Rao said that   it is imperative for the BJP Central leadership, especially Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP chief JP Nadda to give strict warning to all the moles and agent saboteurs of Y S Jagan in AP BJP to behave and work wholeheartedly to ensure success of all NDA candidates of Assembly and Lok Sabha in AP.
